Custom-Made Orders Please note that all custom-made orders are non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the order has been placed and fabrication has begun. We take great care in crafting each custom piece to meet your specifications, ensuring high-quality results.
Repairs If your custom-made order arrives damaged or defective due to issues during shipping, we are happy to offer repairs at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any damage or defects. We will work with you to arrange the necessary repairs and ensure your satisfaction with the final product.
How to Request a Repair

- Shipping: If necessary, we will provide instructions on how to return the item to us for repairs.
- Repair Process: Once we receive the item, our team will assess the damage and proceed with the necessary repairs. We will notify you when the repaired item is ready to be shipped back to you.
Important Notes
- This policy only applies to damages or defects that occurred during shipping. We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear after the item has been received.
- Repairs are offered in place of refunds. No refunds will be issued for custom-made orders under any circumstances.
