Dental Health Grillz Page requires clients to maintain basic dental health. Our products are not substitutes for dental treatments or for preventing oral diseases. Clients are responsible for their oral health, and neglecting it may lead to the loss of the teeth supporting their mouthpiece, potentially making the mouthpiece unusable or ill-fitting. Grillz Page is not responsible for mouthpieces that no longer fit due to tooth loss, damage, disease, or dental restoration.
Molds For a high-quality fit, an accurate mold is essential. As a practicing dentist, Grillz Page ensures a quality mold is taken. However, sometimes inaccuracies are only detected after the mold is cast in dental stone, which may require a new mold to be taken to ensure a proper fit.
If using the DIY molding kit, Grillz Page will assess the mold quality once the stone model is created. If the model is unsatisfactory, a new mold may be needed. Grillz Page is not liable for poorly fitting mouthpieces resulting from distorted molds, typically caused by removing the putty before it has fully set. In such cases, refabrication may be necessary, and the client will be responsible for the associated costs. Grillz Page confirms the mold’s quality before fabrication to minimize the need for refabrication. Note that Grillz Page does not manufacture the mouthpieces but handles the fitting and finishing.
Teeth Drifting Clients should be aware that teeth may shift over time without orthodontic retention, such as a clear plastic or fixed wire retainer. This is especially true for clients under 25. Grillz Page is not liable for remakes if a mouthpiece no longer fits due to teeth drifting over time, but we are happy to negotiate a new price for remaking the piece.
Additionally, wearing the mouthpiece for more than 6 continuous hours can cause teeth to shift, particularly the back teeth. To prevent this, Grillz Page recommends removing the mouthpiece every 3 hours and limiting wear to a maximum of 5 hours at a time.
Eating Grillz Page mouthpieces are not intended to replace natural teeth and should not be worn while eating. Wearing our products while eating poses a significant choking hazard. Grillz Page is not liable for any injuries or fatalities that may result from eating with the mouthpiece on.
Adjustments A well-fitting mouthpiece is crucial to prevent dislodgement. Over time, adjustments may be necessary to maintain a tight fit with the supporting teeth. Grillz Page is not liable for dislodgement, choking, or loss resulting from self-repairs or adjustments. If a mouthpiece becomes ill-fitting, it is the client’s responsibility to contact Grillz Page for necessary adjustments, which may incur additional charges.
Payment Grillz Page requires a 50% deposit of the total mouthpiece cost before starting fabrication. The remaining balance is due after fabrication is complete and before the finished mouthpiece is delivered.
Delivery SM Enterprise LLC strives to deliver mouthpieces as quickly as possible without compromising quality. Since premium mouthpieces may be fabricated overseas, Grillz Page is not liable for extended delivery times due to factors such as shipping delays (e.g., those caused by COVID-19). SM Enterprise LLC will keep you informed about the transport and delivery status of your mouthpiece. While an exact timeframe cannot be guaranteed, we will work to deliver your piece as efficiently as possible.
Lost/Damaged Mouthpieces Grillz Page is not liable for any mouthpieces that are lost or damaged, especially due to alterations or self-adjustments. However, SM Enterprise LLC is willing to negotiate a new price for remaking a lost or damaged piece.
